The Property

Wren House is a delightful property set back from the road behind a traditional flint wall. The modern open planned accommodation provides an airy, spacious feel for up to 3 people. Wren house is in a prime location on Salcombe Road, ideally situated with access to Sidmouth’s peaceful riverside walk along The Byes park and an easy stroll to the local shops, beaches, attractive gardens and numerous cafés.

The living space comprises of an open-plan lounge and dining room leading to a modern well-appointed kitchen with a skylight offering natural light and an airy feel. The well-equipped kitchen includes a built-in wall oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and induction hob.

The Garden

French doors lead from the kitchen into the bright and sunny south-facing garden. The birds frequent the mature shrubs and the walled garden offers a secure outdoor space.

The Bedrooms

Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. There is an additional single bedroom with a sunny aspect.

A modern bathroom is also found on the first floor, with a large walk-in shower.
